Previous experience had shown that partnership, while being the basic pre-condition for applying to the Call and for submission of project proposals within the Programme of Cross-border Cooperation presents, at the same time, the greatest challenge to the potential applicants.

By organizing Partner Search Forum in regular intervals and via Programme’s web site, the Joint Technical Secretariat aims to create an opportunity for the potential applicants to present their organizations and project ideas, and to find a cross-border partner.

Therefore, the Joint Technical Secretariat invites all interested potential applicants to make use of available instruments mentioned below, in order to get better prepared for the upcoming Call for Project Proposals.

The cross-border programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro is implemented under Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA). The eligible area covers the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The eligible area covers 31.134,33 km2 and has a population of 1.685.366 inhabitants. The Bosnia and Herzegovina part of the eligible area consists of 53 municipalities while there are 13 municipalities in the Montenegrin part (12 in eligible and one in adjacent area).
